1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C. milk
1/4 C. brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg beaten
1/2 C. oil
Sift all dry ingredients. Combine wt ingredients and add to dry. Pour into greased muffin tin. bake at 400 for 15 minutes
